A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY GRANTING A DANCE
PERMIT (5921 TEMPLE CITY BOULEVARD)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:.:
SECTION 1. Based upon a public hearing, the City Council, City
of Temple City, does hereby grant the following designated dance
permit:
Be it known that the City Council of the City of Temple City
has issued to JOSEPH JOHN SHEMBERG for premises located at 5921
Temple City Boulevard:
A dance permit to conduct a public dance on said premises,
subject to conditions hereinafter set forth:
(1) That the applicant comply with all laws and ordinances,

That such permits may be revoked or amended at any
time pursuant to Code provisions and for the reasons
therein set forth,
That during the term of this permit no show, revue,
band, exhibition or other entertainment (as defined
by Code provision) shall be allowed or permitted
within said premises; specifically, there shall be
allowed no exhibition dancing of any kind or nature,
(4) That all dancing and music cease
two o'clock A. M.; that there be
other than between 9:00 P.M. and
through Saturday; and that there

no dancing or music

be no Sunday dancing,
That no music be allowed except from Juke Box or tape,
That applicant will and truly keep his verbal repre-
sentation to the City Council that the waitresses will
at all times be dressed in attire suitable for customary
street -wear, and that no provocative costumes such as
peek -a -boo, sheer, fall -away or nude -look clothes
will be used.
(7) That during biisiies5 hours the rear door be kept closed.
That this permit not become effective for any reason until the
applicant has signed his approval of these conditions.
