A RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
OWNED BY THE CITY OF MOAB AS SURPLUS
WHEREAS, Moab City has the right and title to certain property listed below and;
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of Moab City declares that at present time, it has no use
whatsoever for said property.
THAT:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF MOAB CITY
1. The following described property is hereby declared as surplus:
Computer
Equipment
Computer Pentium 133 - Gateway
Equipment
Pump head with motor
Equipment
Turbine Pump
Misc
250' PVC Water Pipe
Misc
135' PVC Water Pipe
Misc
Swamp Coolers (15)
2. This resolution shall take affect immediately upon passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED in open Council by a majority vote of the Governing Body of Moab City
Council this 10th day of May, 2005
