THE AGREEMENT, dated March 22, 2017, between Village of Key Biscayne and Moffatt &
Nichol for services on the above named Project is hereby amended as follows.
1.0 SERVICES
M&N will complete an assessment of beach erosion to assist with estimates for reimbursement from the
