AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE N.J.D.E.P.
PERMIT APPLICATION
WHEREAS, Cyprus Amax Minerals Company has applied to the
New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection for a
permit to conduct work on the Sta-Flex Specialty Esters,
Inc. property; and
WHEREAS, the permit request requires permission of the
Governing Body to submit said application; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough Council
hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute the aforementioned
N.J.D.E.P. Consent Form WQM-003.
Adopted this 16th day of February, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 17, 1995.
