AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 5 OF THE
GREENCASTLE CODE BY DELETING
CHAPTERS 570, 572, 580 and 582
BE IT ORDAI14ED AND ADOPTED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GREENCASTLE, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. CHAPTER 570
Bowling Alley Operators
Chapter 570 is hereby deleted.
SECTION 2. CHAPTER 572
Operation of Pool and Billiard Tables, Electronic Video
Games, Pinball. Machines, and other Mechanical and Electronic
Gaining Devices.
Chapter 572 is hereby deleted.
SECTION 3. CHAPTER 580
Public Dance Hall Operators.
Chapter 580 is hereby deleted.
SECTION 4. CHAPTER 582.
Public Entertainments and Picture Shows
Chapter 582 is hereby deleted.
THIS ORDINANCE was passed and adopted this 9th day of
May, 1989.
