RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MOAB, UTAH APPROVING THE CABLE
TELEVISION FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, Precis Communications, L.L.C. (the "Grantee") owns a cable television
system (the "System") in the City of Moab, Utah (the "Franchise Authority"), pursuant to
a Franchise Agreement granted by the Franchise Authority (the "Franchise") will expire
on May 28, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Grantee and the Franchise Authority agree that it is in the interest of
both parties to renew said Franchise Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, WE, THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF MOAB DO
HEREBY RESOLVE TO APPROVE THE CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENT IN
SUBSTANTIALLY THE FORM ATTACHED HERETO.
This resolution shall take effect on May 29, 2005.
Passed and adopted by action of the Governing Body of Moab City in open
session this 24TH day of May, 2005.
