LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY JULY 6 1999
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency met in a Regular Session in the City Hall, 11330
Bullis Road, on the above date at 6:49 p.m.
Chairman Sanchez presiding.
Members Byrd, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez answered roll call.
Member Rea was absent.
Also present were Interim Executive Director Davis, Agency Counsel Thever, Secretary
Hooper, Treasurer Pygatt and staff.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been duly posted in accordance with The
Brown Act.
Item # I: Minutes
It was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by Member Richards and carried to approve
the following minutes:
a) Special Meeting of June 4, 1999
b) Regular Meeting of June 15, 1999

Item # 2: Treasurer's Quarterly Investment Report.
It was moved by Member Reyes, seconded by Member Byrd and carried to:

Item # 3: With Respect To Every Item of Business To Be Discussed In Closed Session

Item # 4: With Respect To Every Item of Business To Be Discussed In Closed Session
Pursuant To Section 54956.8: Conference With Real Property Negotiators Property:
3100 E. Imperial Highway Agency Negotiator: Agency Staff, Agency Counsel Negotiating
Parties: Agency & 3100 E. Imperial Highway L.L.C. Under Negotiation: Terms & Price
It was moved by Member Richards, seconded by Member Reyes and carried to recess to a
joint closed session with City Council at 6:50 p.m.
The Redevelopment Agency reconvened from a joint closed session with City Council at
8:40 p.m.
Agency Counsel Thever announced that the Agency met in a joint closed session to
discuss the aforementioned items and reported on Item # 3: the Agency authorizes by
general consent the Interim Executive Director Davis to acquire the property. Item # 4:
no reportable action was taken.
Hearing no further discussion, it was moved by Member Reyes, and seconded Byrd and
carried to adjourn.
