LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. NOVEMBER 24 1999
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at
City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 9:52 a.m.
Chairman Sanchez presiding.
Members Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez answered roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Davis, Agency Counsel Thever, and
Secretary Hooper.
Treasurer Pygatt was absent.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
The Brown Act.

Mr. Whited of Whited and Associates stated he was available for any questions
concerning his project.
ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION
Item #1: Proposed Exclusive Negotiating Agreement ("ENA') Between The
Lynwood Redevelopment Agency and Whited & Associates.
Councilman Richards stated the following are corrections to the resolution:
-Under term/language -add language from other ENA (i.e.: length of
project prolong negotiations -Agency's right to extend).
(~; It was moved by Member Reyes, seconded by Member Byrd and to adopt
Resolution with corrections:
- LRA RESOLUTION NO. 99.63 ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION OF THE
LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF
AN EXCLUSIVE NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT ("ENA") WITH WHITED &
ASSOCIATES ("DEVELOPER") TO DEVELOP A RETAIL PROJECT
LOCATED WITHIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AREA "A" AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF ALAMEDA STREET AND IMPERIAL HIGHWAY".

Item #2: Senate Bill 859 Economic Equity Districts.
It was moved by Member Reyes, seconded by Member Richards and carried to:

CLOSED SESSION
The Redevelopment Agency Shall Convene To Closed Session Pursuant To
Section 54956.8 Conference With Real Property Negotiator. Property: 3100
Imperial Highway Developer: 3100 E. Imperial Highway, LLC
Executive Director Davis stated the closed session item was pulled from agenda.
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Reyes, seconded by
Member Byrd and carried to adjourn at 10:00 a.m.
