LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, JANUARY 5,~~O
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Mid-Year Budget
Workshop at City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 10:21 a.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Members Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez, and Byrd answered roll call.
Also present were Assistant City Manager Hempe, Assistant City Attorney Boyd
Hill, Secretary Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
I Executive Director Davis was absent.
Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been posted in accordance with
The Brown Act.

CLOSED SESSION
Assistant City Attorney Hill stated there is a subsequent need item for closed
session Section 54954.9: Anticipated Litigation
It was moved by Councilman Richards, seconded by Councilman Reyes to
approve the subsequent need item.

AYES: MEMBERS REA, REYES, RICHARDS, SANCHEZ, BYRD
NOES: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
It was moved by Member Richards, seconded by Member Reyes and carried to
recess to a joint closed session with Council at 10:24 a.m.
Agency reconvened at 11:50 a.m.
Assistant City Attorney Hill stated the Agency met in a joint closed session with
City Council on the aforementioned matter and stated there was not reportable
action.
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Richards, seconded by
Member Sanchez and carried to adjourn at 11:51 a.m.
