AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION
19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC), SCHEDULE H (YIELD SIGNS),
SUBPARAGRAPH (A), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE
DELETION OF SHERWOOD DRIVE NORTH OR SOUTH OF FAIRWAY DRIVE, AND
SCHEDULE G (STOP INTERSECTIONS), SUBPARAGRAPH B (OTHER SPECIFIED
INTERSECTIONS), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY THE
ADDITION OF SHERWOOD DRIVE, BEFORE ENTERING FAIRWAY DRIVE.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule H (Yield
Signs), Subparagraph (a), of the Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby
modified by the deletion of Sherwood Drive, as follows:
Section 2. Chapter 19-401 (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule G (Stop
Intersections), Subparagraph (b) (Other Specified Intersections), of the Code of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of:
Sherwood Drive: before entering Fairway Drive.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
