Town of Leesburg Debuts Mobile-Friendly Website
Leesburg, VA (August 15, 2011) – Last week, the Town of Leesburg’s new mobile device friendly
website went live. Now, smartphone and Blackberry users who access the Town’s website
(www.leesburgva.gov) on their mobile devices will find the website easier to navigate.
“Recognizing that the way people get information continues to evolve with new technologies,
we are working to keep up with those changes,” explained Betsy Fields, the Town’s Research &
Communications Manager. “The new mobile-friendly version of the website is the latest piece
of that effort.”
