• 13E 11' ORDAINED AM) ADOPFED by the Common Council, of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, that Ordinance No. 1988 -1.2, "An Ordinance Establishing
'file Size Of Departments Of City Government For The City Of Greencastle,
Indiana, Affixing Salaries For The Employees Of Such Departments For The Year
Of 1989 And Affi.xing Salaries Of Certain Other. Elected And Appointed Officials
For The Year Of 1989" is hereby amended ns follows:
1. Section Five Is nmended to read as follows:
SECTION FIVE: That the Cemetery Department shall consist of four (4)
full. -time members and two (2) part-time members. Authorized overtime shall be
paid l.n accordance with the Fair lAbors Stnixlard Act, 29 U.S.C.A. 207. The
maximnrtn base pay shall be as fol.lows:

2. Section Seven is amended to read as follows:
SECTION SEVEN: That the Department
of Water Works shall consist of eleven
(11) full -time members and two part -time members. Authorized overtime shall be
paid in accordance with the Fair labor. Sta,xlards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. 207. On call
• wages shall be paid at a rate of One Hundred
Twenty Five Dollars (.$125.00) per
week. The maximum base pay shall be as
follows:

That the Department of Water Works shall pay to the Deputy Clerk - Treasurer
of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by the Deputy Clerk - Treasurer
on behalf of the Department of Water Works during the year 1989 the sum of Two
Thousand Five Hundred Dollars (•$2,500.00).
3. Section Nine is added to read as follows:
SECIION NINE: 'that the Department of Trash Collection shall consist of
one (.i) full. -time member. Authorized overtime shall be paid in accordance with
the Fair Tabor. Standard Act, 29 U.S.C.A. 207. The maximum base pay shall be as
follows:
