LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY. FEBRUARY 7, 2000
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at
Lynwood Regional Justice Center, Regional Detention Center, 11703 S.
Alameda on the above date at 12:00 p.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Members Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez, and Byrd answered roll call.
Also present were Executive Director Davis, Assistant Agency Counsel Boyd Hill,
Secretary Hooper, and Treasurer Pygatt.
C~ Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been posted in accordance with

By general consent the discussion on strategic planning was continued.
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Members Reyes, seconded by
