Also present were Executive Director Davis, City Attorney Thever, Secretary and Treasurer Pygatt. Secretary Hooper announced the Agenda had been posted in accordance with The Brown Act. ROLL CALL: AYES: MEMBERS REA, REYES, RICHARDS, SANCHEZ, BYRD NOES: NONE ABSENT: NONE It was moved by Member Richards, seconded by Chairman Byrd and carried to hold closed session after Lynwood Information Inc. and Public Finance Authority. It was moved by Member Sanchez, seconded by Member Rea and carried to recess to closed session at 7:31 p.m. Agency reconvened at 8:15 p.m. Agency Counsel Thever stated the Agency met in closed session on the aforementioned matters and stated on item #1 Morgan property - go for validation of sale from 15i trustee, item #2: Cal Trans property -requested that appropriate documents be forwarded and to proceed with transfer to the CDC. Staff will do a letter to outline steps required.
