A RESOLUTION: MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO THE LEESBURG TOWN COUNCIL
~ WHERe, Councilmember James E. Clem was elected Mayor of the Town of Leesburg on May
§, 1992; and
VV-HEI{gAS, Councilmember Ciera will officially take office as Mayor on July 1, 1992; and
Vv-HEREAS, this ~ create a vacancy on the Leesburg Town Council:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Ronald W. Blake is appointed to the Leesburg Town Council to fill the unexpired term of
Councilman James E. Clem, ~vhose term as counci]member v~ expire on June 80, 1994.
PASSED this 1st day of July , 1992.
