RESOLUTION NO. 68 -794
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DECLARING CERTAIN CITY -
OWNED PROPERTY TO BE ACCEPTED AS A PUBLIC
STREET
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The following described public property is
hereby declared to constitute a public street and to be accepted
by the City Council of the City of Temple City for public street
purposes, and henceforth to constitute a part of the City street
system:
South 30 feet of East 150 feet
of Lot 4 of Block I, in Santa
Anita Land Company's Tract.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, 1968.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City, at a
regular meeting held on the 2nd day of January, 1968, by the
following vote of the Council:

NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
