RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A 1995 AMUS~rf DEVICES LIC~I~SE
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an An~sement Devices License for the
Year 1995 by the following:
1. Misko's Cafe, Inc.
t/a DEAD RAT CAFE 139 Randolph Street;
2. MARIA' S PORTUGUSE BAR
& RESTAURANT 106 Pulaski Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing An~sement Games, and said Police Department does
reconnmnd that a License for Amusement Devices for the Year 1995
be issued to the applicant(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
· issue an Arm~sement Devices
and is hereby authorized and dzrected to
License for the Year 1995 to the applicant(s) listed above, upon
receipt of the applicable fee.
