LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SEPTEMBER 20, 2000
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at
11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 9:55 a.m.
Chairman Byrd presiding.
Members Rea, Reyes, Richards, Sanchez, Byrd
Also present were Executive Director Davis, Agency Counsel Thever, Secretary
Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance
with the Brown Act.

CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Thever announced with respect to every item of business to be
r discussed in closed session pursuant to Section 54956.8:
I1-. Conference with Real Property Negotiators
Property: Northwest Corner of Atlantic Avenue and Imperial Highway.
It was moved by Councilman Richards, seconded by Councilman Reyes and
carried to recess to a joint closed session with the City Council at 10:17 a.m.
Council reconvened at 12:55 p.m.
Member Rea left at 12:10 p.m.
City Attorney Thever stated Council met in closed session on the aforementioned
matters and there was no reportable action on this item.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Councilman Chairman Byrd,
seconded by Councilman Reyes and carried to adjourn at 12:56 p.m.
