ALrf~)RIZING BIDS
FOR A DL~P TRUCK
WHEREAS, there is a need for--a Dump Truck in the Borough of
Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret
to authorize bids for said Dump Truck.
NOW, TI. tI~RtF.~-'OItF.,, ~ ~ ~ ~ TS HEREBY RJ~,g:~[ILVI~D, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Purchasing
Agent of the Borough of Carteret be and is hereby authorized
to advertise for bids for a Dump Truck.
Adopted the 2nd day of March, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on MARCH 3~ 1995.
