Absent James and Van Heiden. Motion by Nielsen second by Lindaman to approve the minutes of the November Meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by Nielsen to approve the Treasurer’s Report for November. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nielsen second by Van Hauen to approve the following bills for payment. The public hearing on the status of funded activities for the Wellsburg Community Development Block Grant Project for connection to a rural water system was postponed due to lack of public notification. The public hearing will be rescheduled. Motion by Nielsen second by Lindaman to approve Municipal Pipe and Tool quote to cut taps, remove concrete pieces of tile and re-televise sewer lines. All ayes, carried. Evie Haupt, Whim of Wellsburg, was present to discuss upgrades to the Memorial Building. City Clerk will contact Konken Electric about the upgrades to the electric system and lighting. Motion by Nielsen second by Van Hauen to approve hiring Carol Miller as the Memorial Building Custodian. Salary to be set at $7.25 per hour for a 3 month probationary period. All ayes, carried.
