LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
DECEMBER 19, 2000
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting at
11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:30 p.m.
Vice-Chairman Sanchez presiding.

~ Members Rea, Reyes, and Sanchez answered the roll call.
Chairman Richards was absent.
Also present were Executive Director Davis, Agency Counsel Thever, Secretary
Hooper and Treasurer Pygatt.
Clerk Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

It was moved by Mr. Reyes, seconded by Mr. Byrd to adopt:
RESOLUTION NO. 2000.49 ENTITED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1999-2000 AND
AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SUMBIT A REPORT TO THE STATE
CONTROLLERS OFFICE"
