The Leesburg Town Exhibit Hall is located on the first floor of the Leesburg Town Hall at 25 West Market Street in downtown Leesburg. Tom Lussier has been capturing in photographs his interpretation of the natural beauty that surrounds us for over 30 years. Driven by his love of that beauty, Tom believes that if one of his images elicits a positive emotional response from a viewer then he has met with success. Sharing his vision of our world in a unique style to create an appreciation and concern for nature and our environment is a large part of the motivation behind his love of photography. Tom’s work has been displayed in local contests, venues and galleries, as well as featured in national publications such as Outdoor Photographer magazine. Tom credits his father , who was an established artist, with instilling a love of art in him from an early age. Tom is a member of the Loudoun Arts Council and the Blandy Photography Club. He and his wife currently live in Lovettsville in western Loudoun County. For more information about Tom and his photography, please visit www.tomlussierphotography.com. Amy Dyckovsky is the owner of Amy D Photography portrait studio in Loudoun County. A talented professional portrait photographer, Amy studied photography at the University of California- Berkeley. Well-trained in darkroom photography, she is additionally qualified to utilize and take full advantage of the digital world. Even as a child Amy was intrigued by anything that captured her eye. Her artistic vision is largely shaped by her capacity to see beauty while others may only find “pretty”. As she once exuberantly (more) TOL PR 2011-08-24 photography exhibit Page 2 expressed it, “I find fantastic things to photograph everywhere and anywhere. While driving I will pull over to the side of the road just to take a photograph of a flower that catches my eye. I see beauty in everything.” Amy is a member of the Loudoun Arts Council and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, as well as the recipient of various awards and publication credits. She lives in Leesburg with her husband, three kids and two dogs. For more information about Amy and her photography, please visit www.amydphotography.com.
