Clem, Mayor Town of Leesburg r:safety WHEREAS, the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company and Loudoun County Volunteer Rescue Squad are sponsoring Leesburg Public Safety Fair '92 from Friday, September 18, 1992, to Sunday, September 20, 1992, at Ida Lee Park; and WHEREAS, the fair is planned to include a parade of fire and rescue vehicles on Saturday, September 19; and WHEREAS, the parade will begin at 10:00 a.m. at Loudoun County High School, proceeding on Catoctin Circle to King Street, north on King Street to Ida Lee Park; and WHEREAS, the parade requires Council authorization to temporarily close streets along the parade route. THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows: Catoctin Circle, from Loudoun County High School to King Street. and King Street. from Catoctin Circle to Ida Lee Park, are hereby authorized to be temporarily closed from 9:45 a.m. to the conclusion of the Public Safety Fair Parade on Saturday, September 19, 1992. Banners advertising the event are authorized to be placed at the four entrances to town, two weeks prior to the event.
