AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICERS
S OF THE CITY OF GREENCASTLE FOR THE YEAR 1990
Be it Ordained by the Common Council of the City of
Greencastle, Indiana, as follows:
Section One That the Salary of elected officials of the
City of Greencastle shall be as follows:
Mayor $13,000.00
Clerk- Treasurer 9,500.00
Common Council 2,000.00 each
Section Two That the Department of Water Works shall pay
to the Mayor of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by
the Mayor on behalf of the Department of Water Works during the
year 1990 the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
That the Department of Water Works shall pay to the Clerk -
Treasurer of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by the
® Clerk- Treasurer on behalf of the Department of Water Works during
the year 1990 the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
SECTION THREE That the Sewage Department shall pay to the
Mayor of the City of Greencastle for services rendered by the
Mayor on behalf of the Sewage Department during the year 1990 the
sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
That the Sewage Department shall pay to the Clerk Treasurer
for services rendered by the Clerk- Treasurer on behalf of the
Sewage Department during the year 1990 the sum of Five Thousand
Dollars ($5,000.00).

Greencastle,
