WI~IRFAS, Section 8 of the Open Public Meetings Act.~ Chapter 231
P.L. 1975, peru, its the exclusion of the public from a meetzng in certain
circt~,stances; and
WHEREAS, this public body is of the opinion tbat such circumstances
presently exist;
NOW, RHEI~E, BE IT RESOLVED by tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as
follows:
