AUTHORIZING TI~TEMPORARY DISPLAY OF TWO BANNERS FORTHE
DAYBREAK ROTARY CLUB'S MINIGRANDPRIXON OCTOBER 24-25,1992
WHEREAS, the Leesburg Daybreak Rotary Club is sponsoring the '2VIi_ni Grand Prix" on October
24-25, 1992, to raise funds for scholarships; and
WHEREAS, the event is designed to attract a large number of spectators and participants; and
WHEREAS, the club has requested permission to display two banners at the entrances to town
to promote the event; and
WHEREAS, the event should enhance the town's economic development efforts:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Authorization is hereby granted for the temporary display of banners promoting the Daybreak
Rotary Club's Mini Grand Prix scheduled for October 24 and 25, 1992.
