AMENDING SHORT TERM DISABILITY PAYMENTS
BE IT R~SOLVED by the Council of th~ Borough of Carteret that
the 1995 short term disability payments shall be at a rate,
not to exceed, THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE ($331.00) DOLLARS,
per week, and the Chief Financial Officer is hereby
authorized and directed to undertake such action as is
required to implement this provision.
Adopted this 16th day of March, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 17, 1995.
