RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
A 1995 AMUSEMENT DEVICES LICEIqSE
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Amusemant Devices License for the
Year 1995 by the following:
1. CARPATHO RUSSIAN-AM~IICAN
CITIZ~qS CLUB, INC. 579 Roosevelt Avenue
2. CHATEAU MADRID RESTAURANT 8 Holly Street,
3. DIXIE'S TAVERN 558 Roosevelt Avenue
4. WEST SIDE LOUNGE/RESTAURAbFf 1241 Roosevelt Avenue and
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing Amusement Games, and said Police Department does
reconmend that a License fOr Amusement Devices for the Year 1995
be issued to the applicant(s).
NOW, ~RE, BE IT AND IT IS'HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement Devices
License for the Year 1995 to the applicant(s) listed above, upon
receipt of the applicable fee.
Adopted the 16th .day of MARCH /1995
and certifie~ as a true copyof the original
on MARCH 17, 1995.
