AUTHORIZINGANINVITATION FORBID FORTOWNLEGALANDPUBLIC
NOTICES
WHEREAS, Town Council requested that staff prepare a draft Invitation for Bid for town legal
and public notices to determine the most cost-effective provider to meet the needs and demands of town
citizens; and
WHEREAS, staff provided the attached draft for review by Town Council at the Administration
and Public Works Committee meeting on October 20, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Council's Admirdstration and Public Works Committee forwarded the Invitation
for Bid to the Town Council with recommendation for adoption:
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The attached Invitation for Bid for Legal and Public Notice Advertising is hereby authorized to
be published as required in accordance with the Town Code.
