LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 21, 2001
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting at 11330
Bullis Road on the above date at 9:25 a.m.
Chairman Richards presiding.
Members Byrd, Rea, Reyes, Sanchez and Richards answered the droll call.
Also present were Executive Director Davis, Assistant Agency Counsel Calsada, Project
Manager Jackson, and Treasurer Pygatt.
Project Manager Jackson announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance
with the Brown Act.
Chairman Richards reorganized the agenda and, asked that the Joint Closed Session
Items be heard first.

Assistant City Attorney Calsada stated that with respect to every item of business to be
discussed in Joint Closed Session pursuant to Section 54956.9:

It was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by Member Reyes and c' rried to recess to a
Joint Closed Session at 9:30 a.m.
Members reconvened at 10:45 a.m.
Assistant City Attorney Calsada stated Council met on the aforementioned matter and
stated on:

L- Item# 2 THIRD IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT, GRAE ATLANTIC
Director of Community Development Chicots gave the Members a brief presentation on
the Grae Atlantic Project.
Chairman Richards stated he would like to bring this Item back on next regular meeting
for further discussion. ~

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion, it was moved by Member Byrd, seconded by Member
Reyes and carried to adjourn the meeting at 11:10 p.m.
