A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A PUBLIC HEARING FOR SPECIAL EXCEPTION
APPLICATION #SE-92-07 TACO BELL
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider special exception application #SE-92-07 by Taco Ben for a
Taco Bell fast food restaurant with a drive-through facility to be located within the Shenandoah Square
Shopping Center. The property is in the northwest quadrant at Route 15 Bypass and Edwards Ferry Road
and is zoned B-3. Notification shall be published in the Loudoun Times Mirror on December 30, 1992 and
January 6, 1993 for public hearing January 12, 1993, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 25 West
Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
