A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TEMPLE CITY CONFIRMING RESOLUTION NO. 68 -280PC
WITH MODIFICATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. Resolution No. 68 -280PC is hereby confirmed
and the appeal of Mary J. Laby is hereby denied after a public hearing
thereon. It is understood,however, that the ten parking spaces pro-
vided in condition No. 1 shall be new stalls developed to code re-
quirements and located either on the subject lot or on the C -2 property
immediately northerly thereof, but not across any streets.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 20th day of February, 1968.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the City Council, City of
Temple City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of
