SPECIAL EXCEPTION
RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
A notice of public hearing to consider special exception application #SE-92-08 by Ben Jarratt and
William Scarbrough for a Burger King fast food restaurant with a drive-through facility to be located
within the Shenandoah Square Shopping Center. This property is located in the northwest quadrant at
Route 15 Bypass and Edwards Ferry Road and is zoned B-3. Notification shall be published in the
Loudoun Times Mirror on January 13, 1993 and January 20, 1993 for public hearing on January 26, 1993,
at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 25 West Market Street, Leesburg, Virginia.
