Motion by Nielsen second by Lindaman to approve the minutes of the November meeting. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Lindaman second by Nielsen to approve the Treasurer’s report for November. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Nielsen second by James to approve the following bills for payment.

Motion by Nielsen second by Meints to accept the loan proposal from Peoples Savings Bank. Terms of the loan are 4.15% for ten years. Amount of the loan to be $73,000.00. Proceeds
to be used to purchase a fire tanker truck.
Motion by Nielsen second by Meints to approve Resolution 12-2005 a resolution setting a date for a Public Hearing on the loan agreement. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried.
Motion by James second by Lindaman to pledge $750.00 to the Grundy County Development Alliance Revolving Loan Fund. All ayes, carried.
Motion by Lindaman second by Nielsen to purchase a snow plow front for the dump truck from Grundy County. Cost to be $500.00. All ayes, carried.
Motion to adjourn Lindaman second by Meints.
