LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 13, 2002
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 9:15 a.m.
Chairman Reyes presiding.
~' Members Byrd, Pedroza, Richards, Rodriguez and Reyes answered the joint roll call for
~ E all agencies.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, Agency Counsel Montgomery, Secretary
Hooper, and Treasurer Pygatt.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

Agency Counsel Montgomery stated with respect to every item of business to be
discussed in Joint Closed Session Pursuant to Section 54956.9:
Item #1: Conference with Reai Property Negotiator:

Item #2: Conference with Real Property Negotiator:
3145 - 3167 Pluma: 10725 - 10831 Long beach Blvd.
Item #3: Conference with Real Property Negotiator:

Item #4: Conference with Real Property Negotiator:

Executive Director Gonzales announced that the Joint Close Session would be held in the
north wing of City Hall, the reason being is some of the City Consultants would be giving
the Council presentations.

It was moved by Member Richards, seconded by Vice Chairman Pedroza and carried to
recess to Joint Closed Session at 9:30 a.m.
Agency Counsel Montgomery reconvened at 11:40 a.m. along with Secretary Hooper and
Office Assistant II Munoz.
Agency Counsel Montgomery stated that the Members recessed and instructed him to
make the Joint Close Session report.

Agency Counsel Montgomery stated the Members met on the aforementioned matters
and stated on:
Item #1: Deputy Agency Counsel was instructed to respond to all property
Items.
Item #2: Deputy Agency Counsel was instructed to respond to all property
Items.
Item #3: Deputy Agency Counsel was instructed to respond to all property
Items.
Item #4: Deputy Agency Counsel was instructed to respond to all property
Items.
ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion Secretary Hooper adjourned the meeting due to a lack of a
quorum in Memory of Robert Sanchez father of Pastor Jose Sanchez at 11:42 a.m.
