LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 27, 2002
The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting in the
Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 9:15 a.m.
Chairman Reyes presiding.
Members Byrd, Rodriguez, Pedroza and Reyes answered the joint roll call for all
agencies.
Member Richards was absent.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, Deputy Agency Counsel Sylva,
Secretary Hooper, and Treasurer Pygatt.
Agency Counsel Montgomery was absent.
Secretary Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

CLOSED SESSION
Deputy Agency Counsel Sylva stated with respect to every item of business to be
discussed in Joint Closed Session Pursuant to Section 54956.9:
Item #1: Conference with Real Property Negotiator:
11116 Wright Road: Agency & Raul Varela
It was moved by Member Rodriguez, seconded by Vice Chairman Pedroza and carried to
recess to Joint Closed Session at 9:17 a.m.
Member Richazds arrived at 9:20 a.m.
~j Agency Counsel Montgomery arrived at 10:00 a.m.

Members reconvened at 10:30 a.m.
Agency Counsel Montgomery stated the Members met on the aforementioned matters
and stated on:
Item #1: Deputy Agency Counsel was instructed to permit the DDA
operating property and to pay a fee of $12.50 per month.

ADJOURNMENT
Having no further discussion it was moved by Vice Chairman Pedroza, seconded by
Member Rodriguez and carried to adjourn the meeting at 11:45 a.m.
