LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
MAY 21, 2002
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Regular Meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 6:45 p.m.
Chairman Reyes presiding.
Members Byrd, Richards, Rodriguez, and Reyes answered the joint roll call for all
agencies.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, Agency Counsel Montgomery,
City Treasurer Pygatt, and Administrative Analyst II Adel Rojas.
Administrative Analyst II Adel Rojas announced that the agenda had been posted in
accordance with the Brown Act.
Vice Chairman Pedroza arrived at 6:15 p.m.

Reynold Blight (Item #3) -Stated that he is available to Agency Members if they have
any questions on the Refund Request Item.

Mayor Reyes requested that Lynwood Redevelopment Agency Public Oral
Communications be joined with Lynwood City Council Public Orals.
ITEM #1 MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING:

ITEM #2 WARRANT REGISTER
It was moved by Member Bryd, seconded by Member Rodriguez to adopt Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. LRA 2002.020 ENTITLED:
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLUTION OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND
APPROVING THE DEMAND AND WARRANTS THEREFORE"

ITEM #3 REFUND REQUEST
To have the Agency consider a refund request from Adrian Whited of the "Developer
Deposit" of $25,000 which was required under an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement.

It was moved by Member Richazds, seconded by Member Rodriguez to approve Refund
Request.
