HomeMy Public PortalAbout019-2014 - Zoning Change - 2 Salisbury Road - StrickenCOMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA ORDINANCE NO. 19-2014 A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL FROM MEDIUM DENSITY SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (R2) DISTRICT TO GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC) DISTRICT WHEREAS, The Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 2 Salisbury Road and legally described as follows, to wit: PT NE SEC 22-16-14 0.82A as a Medium Density Single -Family Residential (R2) District; and WHEREAS, It is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to a General Commercial (GC) District in order to allow the correction of the zoning so that it is consistent with the current land use. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to a General Commercial (GC) District.
