SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 27, 2002
The Lynwood Redevelopment Agency of the City of Lynwood met in a Special Meeting
in the Council Chambers, 11330 Bullis Road on the above date at 10:33 a.m.
Chairman Reyes presiding.
Members Byrd, Pedroza, Richards, Rodriguez and Reyes answered the joint roll call for
all agencies.
Also present were Executive Director Gonzales, City Clerk Hooper, and City Treasurer
Pygatt.
Agency Counsel Montgomery was absent.
City Clerk Hooper announced that the agenda had been posted in accordance with the
Brown Act.

Item #1 WARRANT REGISTER
Vice Chairman Pedroza inquired if Warrant Register #6138-Eduardo Medina Signs
was in Lynwood. Member Rodriguez responded that Eduardo Medina Signs is
~"'~ located at Elmwood and Atlantic Avenue in Lynwood.
Member Richards asked if Warrant Register #0344-Gallo Giro payment is part of
Capital Improvement Loan or separate payment. Redevelopment Director Louis
Morales stated this was the final payment of loan.
It was moved by Member Rodriguez, seconded by Vice Chairman Pedroza to adopt the
Resolution.
RESOLUTION NO. LRA 2002.024 ENTITLED•
"A RESOLUTION OF THE LYNWOOD REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
RESOLUTION OF LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA, ALLOWING AND
APPROVING THE DEMAND AND WARRANTS THEREFORE"

Having no further discussion, it was moved Member Rodriguez, seconded by Vice
Chairman Pedroza and carried to adjourn at 10:35 a.m.
