A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINTING
PERSONNEL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That Fred J. Baker is hereby appointed to the
position of Senior Tree Trimmer at a salary of $560.00 per month as
set forth in salary schedule #41.5.
SECTION 2. That the appointee named in this Resolution will
be eligible to receive a 5% increase in salary after the first six months
and after each succeeding twelve months to a maximum of $659.00 per
month; as recommended by the City Manager.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolu-
tion adopted, approved and signed this 19th day of March, 1968.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 19th day of March, 1968, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen- Briggs, Harker, Merritt, Tyrell, Beckley
NOES: Councilmen- None
ABSENT: Councilmen- None
