This is to confirm that at the meeting held by the Town Commission on June 1, 2007,
your Land Clearing and Level 3 Architectural /Site Plan Review application to permit the
construction of a two -story Mediterranean revival style home with a swimming pool and
the demolition of the existing structure at the above address was considered.
Your requests were approved with following conditions:
1. Service line shall be buried.
2. Chimney height shall meet the town's height restriction.
3. Final landscape plan shall be approved by ARPB prior to issuance of Certificate of
Occupancy.
4. If Palm Beach County requires the drain field to be modified, a site plan shall be
submitted to the town within 10 days following the order.
5. Regardless of State regulation, the boat dock shall comply with the existing town
code.
If a building permit is not applied for by June 1, 2008, these approvals will expire.
