Two of the four conditions now require your review and approval. They are as follows: 1. Landscape Plan including a Drainage Plan 2. Site Plan if "altered or changed ". The landscape includes various hardscape additions and a 10' high garden structure with three archways. To our knowledge, the garden archway element is the first of its kind in Gulf Stream. This element, because it could impact the neighbors view and affect the neighborhood character, should be approved by this board as well as the Driftwood Landing HOA. The owner's agent has tried to obtain the verification from the HOA, but as of the writing has not been able to contact either of the Co- Presidents. If these items are approved by the ARPB, the following conditions are recommended: 1. If the Drainage Plan is altered, it will be brought back to the ARPB for approval prior to the CO. 2.
