BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: WHEREAS, Fercon Construction Co. has become the apparent lowest and best bidder on the Jefferson City Wayfinding project. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The bid of Fercon Construction Co. is declared to be the lowest and best bid and is hereby accepted. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Fercon Construction Co. for the Jefferson City Wayfinding project. Section 3. The agreement shall be substantially the same in form and content as that agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A. Section 4. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
