Re: Renewal of Agreement- Health Insurance Broker of Record Services
Dear Mr. Gonzalez:
Pursuant to Section 9 of that certain Village of Key Biscayne Agreement for Health Insurance
Broker of Record of Services, as entered into between the Village and National Marketing Group
Services, Inc. on March 13, 2012), the duration of the term of Agreement is hereby extended for a
period of two (2) years commencing on March 13, 2018 and terminating on March 12, 2020. Upon
receipt of your signed return of acceptance as indicated below, the extension of Agreement shall be
effective as of March 13, 2018 and shall remain in full force and effect as so extended.
