Annual Maintenance Program - An annual, renewable program that
entitles the user to technical support on normal U.S. business days
(Monday through Friday, other than holidays) from 6 AM to 6 PM U.S.
Mountain Time via phone, FAX, or e-mail, all maintenance releases, and
all new releases & upgrades of their particular product(s) for a 12 -month
period. AMP is sold per company or organization site (building or campus
of buildings) and costs 20% of the current list price of all products
purchased by that company or organization site. Technical Support is for
the current release of a product and the previous two releases. For
Alchemy Pro, the list price for AMP purposes is the list price for the first
year of the annual renewal option.
