RESOLUTION NO. 2010-13
A RESOLUTION FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFFIN, IOWA FOR APPROVAL OF THE
2010-2011f CITY BUDGET. PUBLISHED AS REQUIRED IN THE CEDAR RAPIDS
GAZETTE NEWSPAPER AND PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES POSTED IN FOUR
LOCATIONS WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF TIFFIN, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City Council having reviewed and now set approval of said 2010-
2011 City Budget for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
WHEREAS, the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa reserves the right to amend said City
Budget for 2010-2011 as needed after the date of July 1, 2010.
ON THE 24th day of March 2010, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council Tiffin,
Council person Mike Gericke made a motion seconded by Council person James Bartels
for approval of 2010-2011 City Budget to be submitted and certified with the Iowa
Department of Management and the Johnson County Auditor no later than March 25,
2010.
Ayes: Chris Ball, James Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen, Travis Weipert
Nays: None
Absent: None "
WHEREUPON, the Mayor Royce Phillips declared that Resolution 2010-13 be approved
and adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto. .
PASSED, by the Council on the 24th day of March 2010, and approved by the Mayor on
the 25th day of March 2010.
