AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR
BIDS FOR GASOLINE
WHEREAS, the current contract for supplying the Borough with gasoline will
expire; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the B°r°ugh °f
Carteret to bid for gasoline;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough is
hereby authorized and directed to advertise for sealed bids for gasoline,
Adopted this 16th day of March, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 17, 1995.
