A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT FEES FOR A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PURSUANT TO
THE BUSINESS DISTRICT ZONING REGULATIONS.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 210, Business District Zoning
regulations, the Town of Fraser requires a development permit to
be issued, after review of a proposed project within the
Business District;
AND WHEREAS, to help defray the costs of processing a development
permit;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES THAT THE
FOLLOWING FEES ARE CHARGED FOR A DEVELOPMENT PERMIT:
l. Minor proposal $10.00
2. Major Proposal $20.00
