AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF OUTSTANDING BALANCES
FROM COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS INTO
CURRENT ACCOUNT PROJECT
WHEREAS, there exists in the Community Development files, several balances
from 1990, 1991 and 1992; and
WHEREAS, in order to bring these files up to current status, funds may be
transferred into a current year project; and
WHEREAS, the Community Development Board has made a recommendation to
utilize these funds in Carteret Park which has become part of the "target area"
according to the 1990 Census;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that the following accounts be closed out by transferring the
balances into the new project:
1990-199l Project #224317 Old Balance $ 866.52 NewBalance -0-
1991 - 1992 -224366 4,966.92 -0-
1992-1993 224419 89.15 -0-
Total Transferred Amount: $5,922.59 into Improvements to Carteret Pond.
Adopted this 16th day of March, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the
original on March 17, 1995.
