May 31, 2016
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was convened at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 320 E. McCarty
Street.
ATTENDANCE
Present: Larry Benz, Tom Reichard, Jason Hoffman, Patrick Lynn, John Schnitzler,
Bill Betts, Larry Linthacum, Betty Hagenhoff; and Sam Bushman
Absent: Seth Bauman, Darryl Winegar
Chairman Betts called the meeting to order.
ADOPTION OF AMENDED AGENDA
A motion was made by Mr. Benz to adopt the amended a genda. The motion was seconded by
Mr. Bushman. The motion passed 9-0.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Mr. Benz to approve the minutes of the April 12, 2016 meeting, which
was seconded by Ms. Hagenhoff. The motion passed 9-0.
PUBLIC HEARING
Chairman Betts opened the public hearing and called on Mr. Hilpert. Drew Hilpert, City
Counselor, reported that the Staff is still working on changes to the plan and asked that the
hearing be opened and then continued to a later date. He advised the Commission that he and
staff were still attempting to address some of the concerns they have heard about the plan.
A motion was made by Larry Benz to continue the hearing to June 23, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at City Hall 32 E. McCarty, Jefferson City Missouri. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Hoffman. The motion passed 9-0.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
