2a.Seeking Board consideration of a motion to authorize the purchase of the property at
14218 S. Naperville Road, Plainfield, IL, from Mrs. Margaret Jeanette D’Arcy, at an
appraised and agreed to price of $1,060,000.00 for property and all improvements
within PINs 06-03-03-301-001-0000 and 06-03-03-301-002-0000, and to authorize
the purchase of the property at an appraised and agreed to price of $76,500.00 for
property and all improvements within PIN 06-03-03-301-003-0000, and to authorize
the purchase of the property at an appraised and agreed to price of $75,000.00 within
PIN 06-03-03-301-004-0000 and to authorize eligible relocation costs, incurred by the
Mrs. D’Arcy, at a total relocation cost not to exceed $50,000.00, and to authorize the
Village Administrator to execute all related documents.
